I was apprehensive about having to pay the somewhat hefty call out charge when booking ( what if it couldn’t be fixed, what if he didn’t turn up ) all irrational I know. Gentleman came on time, explained the problem, and fixed it there and then. Polite, chatty, respectful and effective. 5 stars from me. Would use again and confident in recommending ( for fridge freezer repair )

The engieer who attended was very thorough & proffessional but could not fix the defect on the spot. He contacted me later to give me a quote but did`nt think a spare was still available so we called it a day & I`ll buy a replacement.

Cannot recommend highly enough. A rescue from an oven cleaning firm who damaged the oven to make it unusable. They came quickly, ordered the part and were back to fix it successfully. It's clear that have real technical expertise but were also a delight to deal with.
